Description

Purpose:

Auckland City Libraries supports staff who register for the LIANZA professional registration scheme by reimbursing their annual registration fee.

Who is eligible?

Any employee who applies for and is awarded registration (RLIANZA) will be entitled to apply for reimbursement of the annual registration fee ($112.50)

Reimbursement process

1. If this is the first time you have applied for reimbursement, complete a newvendorform.doc , attach a deposit slip and send to Procurement.  Wait for advice of your vendor number before proceeding.   If you haven't processed a reimbursement for over one year, contact Library finance administrator to check that your vendor number is still valid.
2. Complete a payment requisition.doc  for reimbursement
3. Attach a copy of the invoice paid to LIANZA.
4. Signature is required from both yourself and your manager.
5. Forward a hard copy of forms to Jayne Gutry, professional development advisor (Library 3).
